Shipping information
Macparts delivers from its own stock, so you will have your order in house very quickly:
- We ship orders six days a week: Monday to Friday and also on Sundays. (exception: generally recognised public holidays) If you order before 18:00 on these days (via PostNL) you pay online, your order will be shipped the same day.
- Your order can be delivered the next day. Please note: on Sundays and public holidays we do not deliver.
- Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.
- Please note that the delivery is in the hands of the carrier (PostNL or DPD), so any delays are reserved by the carrier.
- If your order is urgent: choose to ship by parcel or letterbox parcel. Letter post has a greater chance of delay than parcel post.
- We ship to the whole of Europe, including Belgium and Germany.

Macparts.shop sends your package outside the Netherlands and Belgium with DPD and DHL, the shipping costs start from 7 euros and depends on the weight of how much is added.

Available directly from our own stock Each product on this website has a stock indication and the number that is in stock. Batteries are delivered from an external warehouse and can be ordered until 11 p.m. they will then be delivered the next day. Not at home on delivery Are you not at home when the parcel deliverer arrives? No problem, you will receive a collection message with which you can pick up the package at a nearby DHL or DPD collection point. Track your shipment with track & trace As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive the Track & Trace code by email. With this code you can see where your package is at that moment.

PostNL Parcel DPD Belgium and Germany: €6.00 PostNL Letter post EU 0-40g : €3.00 , 40-90g : €5.00 A letter mail item fits through the mailbox, has a value of up to €70 and is sent without track&trace. Other countries: price on request
Letter mail shipments to EU countries are on average delivered to your mailbox within 1 week. Parcel shipments to EU countries are normally delivered to you within 1 to 2 working days (PostNL) or 2 to 3 working days (DPD) after shipment.
