Macparts cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 01/01/2020, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Webshop software
Woocommerce/ Good online
Our web shop is developed with software from Woocommerce which we purchase as a Software-as-a-service from Personal Data that you provide for our
services made available to us, are shared with this party. Good online has access to your information to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your information for any other purpose. Good online is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption, a strong password policy and secure data storage. Good online reserves the right to share collected data within its own group of companies and affiliated partners in order to further improve its services. Good online takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data.
Webhosting
Siteground
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Siteground, Siteground processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Siteground has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Siteground is obliged to maintain confidentiality pursuant to the agreement.
E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is sent automatically via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal information is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your information to further improve its services and to share information with third parties as part of this process.
Siteground
We use the services of Siteground for transactional e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Siteground does not have access to our inbox and we already handle

For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop we use the platform of Molly. Molly processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. We collect reviews through the platform of Customer Tales. If you leave a review through Customer Leave, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and email address. Klantenvertellen shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. We also publish your name and place of residence on our own website. In some cases, ‘Klantenvertellen’ can contact you to give an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review behind.

Shipping and logistics
PostNL
If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of carrying out the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your details available to these parties.
DPD
If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with DPD. DPD uses these data only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that DPD engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your details available to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
Hebjeeven
We use the services of Hebjeeven to keep our administration and bookkeeping up to date. We share your name, address and place of residence details and details regarding your order. These details are used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data will be sent and stored in a protected manner.
Hebjeeven is obliged to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Hebjeeven will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Where applicable, Consolepro BV may be required by law to share your information in connection with governmental tax or criminal investigations. In such a case we will be forced to share your information, but we will oppose this within the possibilities offered to us by law.
Storage periods
We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also take this as a forgetting request. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. Employees, however, no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
Your rights
